Find text and superscripting it

Post by labocse82 »

Hi Guys,

I'm a designer and regularly work on mocking up webpage comps that have a lot of copy with ® symbols, etc. I tried to look for a script that will allow you to find a specific string of text and automatically superscript it. Is this possible with scripting? Sort of like a Find and Replace function with the addition to apply formatting. This would save me a lot of time and missed instances.

If anyone could help, that would be great!

Thanks!
D

Theoretically yes.
But in practice reasons it would be a very convoluted task if there was any chance that individual type layers may contain text with varying properties (font, size, …).
