Color separation by layers in Illustrator

I am a t-shirt designer and i design t-shirt vector graphics .I would need a script for Adobe Illustrator that will make the following steps :

1. Merge all layers
2.Identify the colors in the design (usually i use between 1 to 12 colors maximum).
3.Transform them to spot colors using Pantone solid coated chart
4.Separate each color on a different layer and give the layer name the specific pantone color code.
5.Export the file as EPS 8 with the same name _color_separated .

You can't load Pantone Colors into an AI document… You can change the colors of objects move them about name stuff and all the rest… but you only have access to the colors in the document file…
