File.remove to Recycle Bin

I know that Photoshop's behavior when using File.remove() is to delete the file entirely without moving to the Recycle Bin, but has anyone figured out a way around this? I use Windows, and the Folder.trash object only returns null. I was trying to figure out a workaround using an alias to the Recycle Bin, but no such luck. I've tried everything my dumb little brain can think of . Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
