Retrieve colors from swatches into Ui

Hello,
I am wondering is there any way to retrieve all colors from current swatches panel and then display them in the UI window?
Or maybe you have any ideas that will help me to dig in a right way.

You should find this useful:

readFromRuntime is how you get the current color swatches.
