Adobe Extendscript Toolkit CS6

I just wondering why in "Extendscript Toolkit CS6" the property and metod for some objects is not listed as they are in "cs6 JavaScript Scripting Reference"? for example for ArtLayer object the "visible" property is in "JavaScript Scripting Reference" but not listed in "Object model viewer" of "Extendscript Toolkit CS6" but "isBackgroundLayer " property is in both "Reference" and "Object model viewer".

I think that both can have incorrect information and I think of the the object model viewer as a 'quick reference' because there are a lot of items not in the viewer that are listed in the pdf.
