textarea in panels

I'd like to add to Photoshop panels:

Textareas
Dropdowns
Radio Buttons
Checkboxes
Toggle Buttons

I'd like to pass these variables to JS functions. Could someone please point me to the best reference or post a (heavily commented) example panel?

Creating custom panels in much different than creating script dialogs. Most of what you will find here dealing with user interfaces is for ScriptUI. We have a Flash Panel section but it doesn't get much traffic.

You may be better off asking in the CS-SDK on the Adobe web site.
