Is there a script that's more powerful than Dr. Brown's Picture Processor Pro?

I'm in a bind to where I really need to flatten about 10k PSDs. There are a lot of sub-folders in the directories we have for different clients and events. The "search sub-folders" checkbox makes the script fail to start. As a matter of fact I don't think I've ever successfully gotten the Picture Processor Pro script to work when the "search sub-folders" option is checked.

My settings are as such:

I set it to look for PSDs only in a certain directory
I set it to save in the same location that it finds the photos
I set it to flatten and convert to 8bit
I set it to resave the files as a PSD

When I press ok or run, the script prompt closes and...nothing.

There is no such thing as Picture Processor Pro.

There is Image Processor Pro :

and there is Picture Processor
http://www.scriptsrus.talktalk.net/PP.htm

Both support sub-folders.

Ok is there a limit to how deep these scripts can go into folders? So far Dr. Brown's doesn't work when sub folders is checked.

Our directory structure goes by:

year>school>guys/girls>student

and then inside of the students folders are their camera card folders, proofs, PSDs, and order folders.

Ok I've thoroughly checked, and it's the Picture Processor Pro that's not working. And I'm pretty sure I have the latest one.

There is no limit on the depth of the folder structure, it will take a while as the script needs to get a list of all the folders then process each folder in turn.

Ok I'll allow it to sit and wait to see what happens. Usually when a script/plugin is thinking, nothing is selectable/ touchable in PS. But with this, I can click/open anything. Even another instance of the plug-in which is leading me to believe it's not working. I've even been paying attention to the CPU activity ad nothing seems to be happening.

Here's a capture of my settings. I don't have anything extravagant selected.

Ok so I got it to work by doing a search for .psd's in Bridge and then telling it to run the Bridge selected photos.
