I have the same problem and won´t check the jsxbin convertation? I´ve download the jsxbin_to_jsx files from github. I won´t have visual studio too to generate a exe from sln file. I´ve got some jsxbin files, I will watch the right code behind and need some jsx to open without binary code.

The tool worked fine for me till couple weeks ago. On Win11 it now doesnt work nomore using latest rs22579
