How do I convert an Adobe Reader file to Deviant Art? Hello I drew a picture and a friend scanned it on their computer and sent it through email to me. When I open the file it goes to Adobe Reader, how do I convert this to a normal picture file so I can put it on Deviant Art. Keep in mind I don't want the quality to be wrecked.
