xtools is now under the BSD license instead of LGPL. This won't have any practical effect but it will make it easier for some companies to use xtools in their products.
There are still a few files in xtools that are come from other projects and have different terms. One set provide XML support for pre-PSCS3 releases. One other file provides support for binary I/O of floating point numbers which is useful when reading and writing Action files.
I have also implemented preliminary support for PSCS5. This includes updating PSConstants.js and adding (and using) isCS5().
Sourceforge has all of these updates.
