Applies a selected Filter to all visible Layers (the Layer visiblity is controlled by the eye icon in the Layer palette).
The selected filter is first applied to the active Layer using the normal GUI dialog. Any layer can be active, the script makes the other layers invisible during the dialog is shown.
After that the same filtering is sequentally automatically applied to all visible layers.
Currently supported filters:

Cool script, one thing I did notice though is it does not apply to visible layers that are in a layerset. Also, whats up with the huge array of quotes in the script? That threw me for a loop .

Yes, does not do layer-sets (..yet). I'm not sure if there is much of need to apply the same filter to all the layers of a very complex document. I wrote this originally for the purpose of processing X-ray maps, I load up to 32 maps as layers and then apply noise reduction, median etc to all of them. Since then I have found it useful in normal photography also, when doing simple compositions, in those situations where I previously would have had merged some layers.
Did the quote feature not work for you? There are currently 300 hand picked quotes in my include file, I show a random quote in every progress dialog that the scripts display. It adds only a small fraction of a second to the processing time.
I do not know if my scripts run on CS3, they do run nicey on CS2.

I see it now, I did not notice the quote in the progress box before because I was doing the test on a small doc that was going quickly.

OK, good. While the progress dialog is shown it can be moved (by dragging it from the title bar, even if the mouse is the hour-glass) to a more suitable location and it will then be shown there, from session to session. Another way to relocate the dialog is to run the script e.g. with no activeDocuments. An error dialog will be shown (that also has a help button, very small help dialog will be shown). All these three dialogs share the same window location. The error and help dialogs are more responsive to moving because they are modal.
