open a image in cs2 when shape(Like oval) is not selected

Dear Sir,

I need a script that check shape(like rectangle , oval shape) is selected or not .if shape is not selected than open image in CS2 and if selected than image paste into the shape...

I for one find your description unclear.
Could you please specify (possibly with the help of screenshots or mock-ups)?
The shape you talk of, is it a PathItem, a Vector Mask, the Tool …?
