Is it possible to Merge Stack to HDR in Adobe Camera Raw?

I'm looking into writing a Bridge script to auto stack images, open in Adobe Camera Raw and Merge To HDR. I've done a fair bit of reading and it seems that it might be beyond what's currently possible via Bridge and ACR scripting. If it is possible, some pointers would be great. If it isn't possible, please let me know so I can stop trying to figure it out haha.
