Do I need a loop to turn all layers visible or is there something quicker?

Do I need to loop through all the layers to check if a layer is hidden or can I just select the entire activedocument and turn all layers to be visible? Quick ctrl + f in ref doc doesn't show anything, probably getting the phrasing wrong.

Normally you can use this CS2+ script written by Trevor Morris in 2009:

This should also works in newer versions.
