Photoshop Plug In Using Flash + Script + Pixel Bender

Hello.
I'd like to develop a PS Plug In using Flash (GUI + Auxilary Functions), Photoshop Scripting (For Built In Photoshop capabilities) and Pixel Bender (My own written functions).

Is it possible to do so?

Where can I start to learn how to do so (I only have knowledge in Pixel Bender)?

Could flash panels contain fully featured flash code?
Could they access Photoshop's script capabilities?

I'm not really sure about Pixel Bender, but I believe you can write full functioning Flash for Photoshops UI. I believe one of the limitations is that you can only pass strings between flash and PS's script. I've only tried it once. I wrote a script that has a flash movie to give visual feedback for border sizes with sliders. I used straight ActionScript 3 rather than Flash Builder, which uses a different interface. Mainly, I look at the documentation that came with PS and there are some sample scripts out there - but not too much. Not too many people doing that I guess.
