Toolkit Problems

This last week I have been having a few frustrating issues with my ESTK… Not sure what I've done…

Symptoms:
Freezes out from C&P edits…
Freezes out from keyboard commands… Such as save etc…
Highlights a line with an error in 'orange' and locks…
Executes a script once then won't run again…
Forgets all recent files etc. on re-launch…

What I've done:
Shut down the mac & restarted…
Tossed the user library prefs folder…

Have I keyboard shortcut something by accident to change something? Or just broke it doing something wrong?

Sorry… Looks like I may have found it… Had trashed… 'com.adobe.estoolkit-3.5.plist'
Needed to trash the folder… 'ExtendScript Toolkit'
Doh! viewed by date modified and missed the folder much further down the list… Looks to be stable-ish one more…
