What's up with the CS5 Script Listener?

Has anyone had problems with the script listener in CS5?

I'm running CS5 on windows. The script listener doesn't record many of the menu item commands. It records some of them but not all of them. However, the commands are all recorded for me in CS3 and the code works with CS5. I'm not sure if this is a global Photoshop issue or if its isolated to my installation.

I have noticed that even with CS4 so I don't think it is your installation.

Nor do I know why some things record in say CS2 but not in CS5.
