Display Active Layer Coordinates

This script pops a window up with relevant information about the active layer. The two sets of coordinates in the lower part of the window are x,y information relative to the whole canvas and to the layer object itself respectively. The info is based on a 9 points grid (upper left corner point, upper middle point, upper right point and so on). I hope it turns out to be useful to some of you guys.
