BridgeTalk delay send?

The search on this bb leaves a lot to be desired. I know that you can put a timeout in send() to wait for a response to the message. I thought there was a way to delay when the message was sent or delay when the target app processed the message. I have done several searches here and at Google without any luck.

The only thing I can think of is scheduleTask() in Bridge

Mike, I've never found such a way… I looked before now to use the bridgetalk class to look for modal PS error dialog never managed to get it to work… Always got returned before the dialog was triggered… The timeout did not give me what I was after…

No, I wouldn't think you could use BridgeTalk to dismiss a modal dialog. As I understand it BridgeTalk check to see if the target app is busy before it sends the message. And of course with a modal dialog open Photoshop would be busy. Either that or Photoshop can't accept the message for the same reason.
