ESTK extra stuff as Menu items

Hello,
I remember to have read here in the forums (somewhere, sometimes in the past) someone (check out my memory! ) posting a neat trick to add the JS Reference PDF as new item in a ESTK menu (I can't recall whether in the Extra or Help - possibly the latter) - which would be particularly handy.
Of course I wasn't successful searching for it - does anyone happen to remember how it's done?
