Blend modes within Layer Styles Panel

I'm looking for a script whereas I can change the blend modes within the layer styles panel. I know CTRL+SHIFT+M or Shift+ can change blend modes but I want to exclusively change the blend modes within the layer styles panel.

Do you mean the Blend Mode of the Layer Styles or of the Layer?

You should be able to do this with Action Manager as recorded with ScriptingListener.plugin
You may have to evaluate all the other settings and feed them back, though.
