Dr. Brown's "Edit Layers in ACR"

Hello all,
I'm trying to use this script and it almost works flawlessly for me. I am able to edit the layer in ACR, but when the image returns to Photoshop..the dimensions are larger then the layer was before it transferred. It's like somebody just did a transform:scale and enlarged the layer by 20%.
Any thoughts? I'd love the ability to edit a layer in ACR for CS6.

As Dr. Brown's video about Edit in ACR explains you need to make sure both document and ACR are using the same dpi.
