So where the heck is the scriptlistener plugin?

I've googled this and everyone says that the 8li-file is in PS_directory>\Scripting\Utilities\
No! I don't even have a "Scripting" folder in my Photoshop installation directory. I don't have that in Photoshop CC, or CS6 - but I have such a folder in CS5.
Why is it like this? Is it because I have Photoshop on another partition? I see that there are some folders and files on C:\Program files (x86)\Adobe\ but none of them are named "Scripting"

Ignore this. I was following the instructions from a blog which are flawed.
So instead I followed the official instructions here: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/plu ... -cs61.html ... -cs61.html
...and now everything works just fine.
