PSC3 BUG ?!!

Hi.
(I'm not sure it is the right section for that kind of topic so excuse me if i made a mistake)
Previously i was working on xp pro 32 bits with PCS3, and it was working corretly.

I just installed Windows 7 64 bits + the same PSC3 on the same computer and i have an issue with the scripts events manager.
When i check the "Enable events to run script /actions" button it works but each time i close and reopen Photoshop all events are removed and the button is then unchecked :s

I have to relaunch a events register script each time i launch Photoshop, it's really annoying.

I tested the same windows 7 64 bits + the same PCS3 on a friend's computer and it works :s

Does anyone have any idea about how to fix that ?

My guess is that it has more to do with OS user permissions than Photoshop itself.

What do you mean ? I'm admin and the only user of the computer, same with my friend.
I even tried to reinstall windows, i have the same issue with photoshop

EDIT: i got what you mean, i opened the application as administrator and it works now !!! thanks you very much you have no idea how much you helped me
