Appearance change

I had Photoshop CC 2104 portable, it worked normal for years but one day I opened it and everything was white as if it had changed the appearance to PS CS2 but I did not, I wanted to change it but it does not give me the option, it does not even have the default sizes Does anyone know what could have happened?
