I see lots of .jsx files in the jsxbin-to-jsx-converter-master folder

You need to have Jsbeautifier.dll & jsxbin_to_jsx.exe in the same folder.
Then in the same folder have your jsxbin file
Go to DOS in that folder.
jsxbin_to_jsx -v filename.jsxbin outputfilename.jsx

I don't have jsxbin_to_jsx.exe

Even in the libs subfolder

Neither in the dezzipe file
nor in the zip file (Master and 1.6)

You need to compile the source code selecting the sln file, using something like Visual Studio.
