Ok, before everyone moans about another person asking about a logo/watermark script, I'm not asking on how to write one.
I've looked at Fundy's ImageBrander, Russell Brown's Watermark panel, and more. It seems that all the options out there for logo placement (on various sized images in batch) can't be run from an action. Am I missing something?
I'm working on on coding my own for a client so that I can throw it into an action, but I'm just really surprised that this isn't already out there.
It basically just needs to be able to open the logo file and place it in a pre determined location or offset based on the image size.

On the Russel Brown site he has an older video with the word Branding in it. That video shows how to set up a watermark action.
I think the reason most people are using scripts now is because they can do more in a script than can be done with an action.

Action with Logo Script
Mike,
I think I found the steps for Russell Brown's action here: http://www.planetnikon.com/forums/index ... topic=7686 ... topic=7686 , though I couldn't find it on his site. I think that was the same one that Kloskowski used back in CS2. All I see on Brown's site are his Panels.
Problem with all the panels is that I can run them through automation, unless I'm missing something. Though I didn't see before, but Russell shares his jsx files unobscuficated, so I can definitely take some hunks out of there.
I basically wanted a script that I could record telling it what settings (like you can a filter) and then be able to run that action, if that's possible. My client is using this to run the action after the file is processed out of another program (ProSelect). ProSelect will open the file, run the action, and then close the file. The action only needs to open the watermark, resize according to percent of image size and then place in corner offset by a percent amount.
I think using some of Brown's script will help a lot in writing it all out.

What I was talking about is called 'Digital Watermark Branding' and is on his tips page in the CS2 section.
