CSX 2.1 released

CSX 2.1 is now available at the link below. Aside from several minor fixes and changes for the CC/2014 port, this also contains a work-around for a critical JS bug in CC/2014. This bug caused all text layers created in JS to have fonts fixed at 12 px. This release takes care of that.
