Exporting Layers in Sequence

Hi there...

Found my way here since I have no other place to look, hopefully you can help.

So I am working on an animated illustration, which should also be layered. I have already tried the animating part and creating the frames with some Actions, but now the layering presents a problem. I haven't found a way to export layers with their name + sequence number... I used the sequencing of "New Layer" before, but now I'd need to export multiple layers with transparency and in sequence - and there's no way...

Here's a video of my earlier attempt with only one layer, so that you get what I am after:

Now I'd need all the layers in the next illustration to animate like in the example so that I could place them in 3D space in After Effects to create depth to the picture. The goal is to create a 3D-scene that "draws" itself...
