Script for making icons in photoshop?

I had a script in my CS2 version of Photoshop, that made it possible to make icons for OS X (as well as the windows os) with transparancy. The script was used in filters. Unfortunately it got removed accidentally when our pc's at web design company got upgraded to CS3... Has anyone heard of this script/filer?
