Need To Convert 10,000 Clip Art Images!

Post by jmarkt »

Attached is an example file:https://jumpshare.com/b/PNpGmixLYcwaK0P9NNPk, and here's the issue:

The origin image on the left is PNG format; thus, there is no white - only black lines are visible when this image is placed on another background. If the background is a lighter color, this works fine; however, when placed on a dark background, the image is hard to decipher.

Is it possible for a script to accomplish the following? Using the original image on the left and (In my terminology) change the transparency within the image to white, and cause the black lines to be transparent, retaining the PNG format and transparent background?

Hope someone can find the time to help - much appreciated!!!

It seems possible (if the edges of the image are white and the contour of the illustration is closed, because one could use the Magic Wand Tool on the upper left pixel for example to create a Selection that with some editing can serve as the basis for a white Layer).

But if you need help I think

would be a more appropriate Forum.
