I'm looking for complete documentation on scripting in Photoshop. I've found this: http://objjob.phrogz.net/pshop/hierarchy However, it doesn't have everything. Adobe's guide at http://www.adobe.com/devnet/photoshop/p ... _guide.pdf ... _guide.pdf is also very incomplete.

Is there an official source somewhere?

For scripting the Javascript Ref, VBVScript Ref, and AppleScript Ref along the Scripting guide are the official documentation. Another official source for documentation is the Photoshop SDK but that is more for C++ developers.

You don't need that link. The scripting guide and language references ship with Photoshop and are part of the normal install. They should already be on your hard drive if you have Photoshop installed.
