Automation - script or action?

Hello guys.
I just wrote like one page of everyting what was in my mind and from a mistake i pressed refresh and everything is gone, Now i will try to make it a little bit shorter i hope you will understand me.

We are a school photography company and we take thousands of pictures every day. Our customers have the possibility to order the taken pictures in few formats and sizes.
Example: 1xA4 paper size containing 2 13x18cm (same pictures 2 times) like this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/31/exampleht.jpg/
When i receive the orders in the administration system i get the ordered pictures in separate folders named with the file size inside them. So all my orders 13x18 cm from today for example i get the 13x18 folder.
I would like to know if there is any script that can take all the pictures from 13x18 folder and from this http://img853.imageshack.us/img853/92/5495721.jpg to get this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/31/exampleht.jpg/ for all the pictures.
Or we also sell this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/80 ... ntest.jpg/ ... ntest.jpg/ [/url] and many more types.
I have done this only with actions but sometimes the final image is not what i want.
One more thing : all our files are cropped 18x24 with a resolution of 360 ppi. I would like to say that i'm wiling to pay for this kind of help
Thank you

You're post is a few months old, and has no replies. Did you find someone to help you? Setting up layouts like this if fairly easy with scripts. Or you could also set up a template all filled with duplicated smart objects, so that you replace the contents of one SO and all the rest change.
