Creating a hotfolder that runs an action...

Hey Gang-

I've got a perfectly-written action that does exactly what I want. It takes an image, saves about 3 different versions in different sizes, applies branding etc. At the end of the action, it prints the image. It's really everything I need it to be... BUT... I'd like it to auto-run on files as the land in a hotfolder.

How can I accomplish this? I've tried the droplet route without luck. Can someone lend a hand? Thanks.
