Photoshop Scripting book?
Jeff is now Chief Customer Advocate, so I would imagine he's mostly tied up dealing with customers and their problems - little to know time for scripting. Tom Ruak seems to still be very involved with scripting, as I'm sure you know. I got a chance to meet him a few years ago. He knew who I was, and mentioned that I was very prolific on the forums - so they do keep track of us.

I wasn't. Don't know about Mike. Mike and I have been very active supporting PS/JS since it first came out. I've also had a lot direct contact with Adobe including a few stints working for them (e.g. the new Contact Sheet II implementation is mine). I've slowed down a bit in the past year, though.
Nice to get a shout out from Jeff. I kinda have to but a copy now.

That's an Acknowledgment extract where he mentions you:
I guess it's now time to unveil the correct way to write it: xbytor, Xbytor, XBytor?
