xtools v2.1 released

You can get the new version of xtools at https://sourceforge.net/projects/ps-scripts/files/. I've also refreshed the CVS repository.
This rev includes updates for CC, Action file processing, miscellaneous bug fixes, and a bunch of changes in psx.jsx. There are changes to psx that I need to copy over into stdlib at some point in time. They were needed for some work done for Image Processor Pro.
