Once Tweak UI is installed, we can set up Windows to run a script in Photoshop. The easiest way to have CS run your script is by creating a droplet. Here is a quick review of how a droplet works. When you create a droplet, Photoshop turns the steps of the action used when creating the droplet into an executable file. Dragging a file on to the droplet causes it opens the file in Photoshop and preform the same steps that were in the action. The 3 key points when using a droplet for autoplay are you need an image, an action, and that the image used to start the dorplet will be open when the script runs.
In Photoshop make a new 1x1 pixel document. Now save it using Save For Web. In the SFW options, set the format to GIF and the number of colors to 2. Then save to C:\ using the name dummy.gif.
You may already have an action that you use to launch the script you want to AutoPlay. You can use that action with some editing. Because the dummy image is opened by the droplet we want to close it to get it out of the way of the script. Highlight your action Go to the Action Option Menu, select Insert Menu Item, then File-Close from the main menu.. Click on OK. You may need to drag Close so it is above the Scripts step. Your action is now ready to be used to create the droplet. You can skip to the next page if you like.
If you don't already have the action, create an new action set and name it Scripts. Create a new action in the Scripts set and name it AutoPlay. Stop recording so you now have an empty action. It should look like the screenshot on the left.

Go to the Action Option Menu, select Insert Menu Item, then File-Close from the main menu. With the dummy image out of the way the next step is to run the script. Again go to the Action Option Menu, select Insert Menu Item, then find Scripts in the Main File menu and select your target script. For the script that I am setting up that is all I need the action to do The action set should look like the screenshot on the right. If the script you are using needs follow-up actions, refer to the script instructions.
In the next page we will make the droplet.
